127 Prince is a new journal named after the location of artist Gordon Matta-Clark’s 1971 restaurant FOOD.
Like FOOD, 127 Prince hopes to function as a site for conversation.
The journal will present and examine ideas on the art of social practice,
and the social practice of art.
Infinite Exchange Gallery
IEG knows the value of art and believes that everyone should have access to it in their daily lives. Presenting works and services in exchange for non-monetary trades, artists determine what they feel the value of their work is, and what they want in exchange for it.
Create the Situation
The Create The Situation series of artist zines brings to mind the Yippie slogan “Create the condition you describe‚”. Inspired by that popular saying, these zines have been instigated to encourage acts of creative activism in daily life.
